are there any weight loss plans for teenagers?

I want to know if there are any plans designed specifically for teenagers and what they are, so if anyone can tell me, it will be greatly appreciated.

To really lose your weight for good. Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

My teenage boy eats the same as me with more complex carbs. That’s based on his high energy output.

Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog

    I don’t know about actual diet plans but you can stay away from sugary sodas, potatoes, breads, sweets, that will cut your caloric and carb intake enough to cause weight reduction.

    So I am also a teenager and I lost 6 pounds without even trying. So I don’t think its healthy but its better then being starving yourself. Exersise, cut back on unhealthy and eat healthy foods. And in additon to that, I ate a small breakfast, a snack and a small lunch. Then at dinner, I ate really fast and a small meal. I ate enough so I was still slightly hungry. It was kind of hard to get to sleep in the beggining but I lost weight. In a week or two you will see the difference I did. I am doing it again to lose a few more pounds and I already lost a pound. I have no idea if it works but it did for me so good luck!

    There are camps specifically designed for teenagers on weight loss.
    And carbs are not all that bad for your body. The reason why they say stay away from carbs is if you don’t work them off, they turn into sugar. So as long as you have a balanced, healthy diet and excersice regularly you’ll be fine.
