The people they show on these infomercials are about 22 years old with a metabolism that will burn fat even if they stay in bed all day. Right from the start they are insulting you (us). If they were to show actual people who need to lose weight, they couldn’t “cash in”. Like P.T. Barnum said, there’s a sucker born every day.

As of i know you actually stay fat when you eat same food everyday it’s like your stomach will say “i won’t digest this cause i’m use to it” so you need to eat many different foods everyday.

@soposopo84 im `14 i am a swimmer i swim from 1 to 3 pm for 5 day every week and on weekends i lift 10 pound weights ive doing this for 2 months lost 35 pounds i weigh 145 but its mostly muscle grat way to lose weight

wow. that looks like a lot of hard work! these exercises look very good for toning but wouldn’t some cardio be better for burning calories? i find that walking does the trick for me. plus taking certain natural supplements.

@Chocolate26697 You should really understand that they use fit people to show exercises because they have more endurance, strength, and more ability that overweight people. If they use overweight people to show exercises .. its not really going to show well since they’re going to get tired.

hi can you tell me …
hi can you tell me what is the best time to workout. I workout 7pm, because I don’t eat after this time. I think if i do workout early morning or afternoon I will get very hungry and eat double and I don’t want to just gain muscles.
I am interested if I am right or not. thank you
