Did you notice that many weight loss plans?


and many other things that tells us how to be healthy tell us to eat fresh fruits? If so Christians, did you also notice that fresh fruits and nuts and berries were the very same diet given to man in the garden of Eden. So medical science is now advising the very type of diet that they had originally in the Bible. I don’t think it was an accident that this happened! So does this prove that God’s instructions were out of what is best for us!

Yes, this is a religious question because some people take note that the original diet of humans was that of a fruitarian and vegetables added later, then lastly meat was added.

Isn’t there a book out there called "The Makers Diet" or something like that.

So this is actually something that has been out there in the book world.
