Need help planning my weight loss plan.?


ok so im a sophomore in HS and overweight( all u need 2 kno). when i get out of HS im gonna try and get the navy to pay for college so i need to be in top shape. So far my plan is: This year 07-08 school year is the weight loss year( im doing alot of cardio, and eating somwhat healthy any other tips. my junior and senior years are going to be strength and flexibility, also endurance. how do your get more endurance.

Your plan for increasing your health sounds good. Strive for five, five fruits and veggies every day. Limit your "junk food" intake to only once or twice a week. You need protein, so maybe add a protein bar to your daily diet. Just find one that’s lower in calories if you’re worried about it.

Start running, it really helps. Run half a mile every day for a week, then next week make it a mile, then the week after that make it a mile and half, etc.

    ok so you have started to do some right things, but what we want to take a look at is what you are doing to burn the excess fat. Cardio is great, so is endurance fitness, so lets look at diet.
    the foods we eat today do not contain the protein and minerals that the body needs, yes there are some and they do help a bit, but in order to lose weight and build muscle at the same time we need to focus on giving the body the esentials, protein and minerals and vitamines combined with enough of the sugars and starches that the body needs
    to help it lose weight but build muscle
