ok my stomach is very flat but my thighs and legs are like plumped. And i have really short legs like if i wear shorts with tennis shoes i look short.

Honestly, I want to lose a good amount of weight because I realized I am a beautiful girl and with a kick ass bod maybe a model? Anyways, it would be good for me. I am between 5′8 and 5′9 and weigh 140. I have ‘love handles’ and most my weight is in my legs, especially my thighs. I know there is no such thing as spot reduction, but any particular exercises to help? I eat well and have already devised a better eating plan, although tips are welcome.

i have some chub in my lower stomach that i am looking to lose by summer time. or lose some of it. so anything you can think of that doesnt include weight loss pills or plans. diets are open but they cant be like jenny craig or something in that area. i would also like to lose some fat in my thighs but that isnt the biggest problem because i know how to do that somewhat. please help (:

Eat less than you burn, keep moving as much as you can. Give up all drinks but water. Give up eating bread and take up eating raw celery instead.
Go swimming once or twice a week,.. Try going for some easy strolls.

I’m 6 ft and fat aha. i just joined a gym and work out 4x a week for 3O mins. I just need guidance on how to eat . i would really like to see some weight loss meal plans or something. My doctor said just eat right and work out but where do i start ?

Any weight loss tips will be helpful. Thanks.

I find that drinking water helps a lot in shedding weight. It isn’t so much the water but the lack of sugar that’s in drinks that does it.
I also walk whenever I can. Walking is very good for losing weight, so is eating less,.. Try it.

Everytime I settle on a plan to for example, not to eat past 6 pm or not eat junk food or exercise in the morning I become excited and then really quickly change my mind and tell myself it’s too hard blah blah blah

diet and exercise program, eating healthier will shed the lbs, light work outs will keep you healthy, my wife and I are in our 40’s and probably in better shape than most 20 year olds, just keep motivated and you will do alright.
running and swimming are some of the best exercises you can do, they will tighten your legs and buns, do some crunches for the tummy
