3rd Snack: Yoplait fat free yogurt and 1/2 cup blueberries
Thanks, and all you acai berry and other spammers can suck it. You’re annoying as hell, just so you know. Because of your b.s. on this website, I will never EVER try acai berry or any of your other crap products you’re pushing.
Wow sound’s great! You’re lacking in healthy fats tho!
Instead of using wheat bread, try 100% "Wholewheat" bread or mulitgrain/ ancient grain breads/ english muffins.
Try also adding 250mL/ 1cup skimmed- 1% milk into you’re breakfast and you can use turkey sasuage sometimes instead of vegetarian sasuage.
Also add 1/2 cup brown/ long grain rice or couscous/ qunioa into you’re dinner along with somehow trying to contribute in some nut’s/ seeds or natural peanut butter into you’re regime (1/4 cup nuts/ seeds or 2tbsp natural or organic smooth/ crunchy peanut butter/ almond butter OR adding 1tbsp of olive oil onto you’re steamed broccoli/ cauliflower.)
Goodluck, hope i’v helped!
So this is my diet during the day:
Breakfast: A glass of skim milk and a granola bar.
Snack: Banana.
Lunch: Water and a sandwich( two slices of whole wheat bread, one slice of smoked turkey, two slices of fat free cheese).
Dinner: Water, salad, and one and a half vegetarian sandwiches(with whole wheat bread and fat free cheese again, and vegetarian patties).
Before bed: A glass of milk and a granola bar. Sometimes, I treat myself with some oreos.
And somewhere during the day, I treadmill for about 25 minutes.
Will this help me lose weight? I am 22, female, 5′2" and about 125 lbs right now. I want to drop 10 pounds. Also, how long will it take me to lose them with a diet like this? Should I cut out the Oreos too; are they just cancelling out the rest of my hard work?
Thanks!
Yeah you will definitely lose weight with this weight loss plan. If you want faster results I suggest you skip oreos! Good luck!
