Weight loss plan for a semi vegetarian?


Can an ybody provide any examples for a weight loss plan for a semi vegetarian? I eat chicken and turkey, and prefer not to eat fish with the current fishery problems.

My husband and I are dieting, we want to conceive a child and unfortunately are overweight. I was wondering if anybody had any good ideas for recipes or meal plans? Things that worked for you rapidly?

girl i know the feeling see im not fat either but im not exactly skinny. u could do something crazy and dont eat or do the right thing and keep off the pounds by staying healthy. but if u really want to ill give u some advice. eat a big breakfast and a smaller lunch and a smaller dinner, never fully get filled if ur still hungry drink lots of water. exercise at least once a day for 30 min and u will see results. there are some supplements you can take to help speed up your metabolism too. im doing it and so far its working. best of luck.

I am a vegetarian wanting to lose some kilograms so i need a weight loss plan to help me lose weight

I think you will love the diet I do each year to shed those extra kilos especially as you are a vegetarian already. It includes elimination of meat, dairy, animal fats and anything that has a number for an ingredient. Possibly the only thing you might miss is cheese and other dairy.
Fresh raw vegie juices in the mornings cleanse your system and kick start your metabolism.
If you like seafood you will thrive on this diet and I usually lose 1 – 2 kilos a week.
