how can i loss weight fast and free?


i think i have put on weight because my thighs look massive and my belly looks bigger than it use to be. i knew late night eating and all that biscuits will make me fatter.

Normally i will just ignore my weight and curry on eating but it’s my friends wedding am the best man. the suit has already been bought but when i tried it 2 day ago it. yes u guessed right it didn’t fit. and i can’t even change the suit. it’s expensive and it was sent in from Paris.
my plans to loss weight is not all about the suit but i want to look and feel good about my self. i heard vinegar and lime will help me loss weight but they contain lots of acids so am kind of not considering to drink it but am desperate to loss weight quick. think I’ve added at least 5 pounds to my Weight and i want to loss it all

how can i find ways to loss weight for free and what tips and tricks can u offer.

Start walking – walk at least an hour every day and don’t eat more than you are eating now. You WILL lose weight in two weeks. If you cut back on sugar and starches you will lose even more weight. And if your belly is fat – start doing some sit ups or crunches – you can make a difference in two weeks.

Weight loss plan. Will it work?

I’m not huge (as in, no protruding stomach and large man boobs), but I am overweight. However, I do want to improve my health a bit and I think with the weight loss plan I’ve come up with might do the trick. I think 15-20 pounds will put me at perfect. Not to mention the fact that I think it will improve my overall health. So here it goes:

Monday – Sunday (minus me being at work on Saturday and Sunday, so I’ll probably increase the number of times I exercise those days, and stay with the same diet).

Morning: Either a bowl of Cheerios and a fruit of some sort, a yogurt, or a bowl of oatmeal. Whichever I’m in the mood for I suppose. Then work out for the 15-25 minutes of free time I have before I have to leave for work. Not sure as to what to do for a 15-25 minute workout, perhaps a quick stretch and a little Tai Chi?

Afternoon (during work): Tomato (perhaps a little turkey?) on toasted whole wheat bread. No condiment, because I don’t really like condiments. Perhaps for a snack about an hour or so after lunch, maybe just a tomato, since I absolutely love tomatoes. I don’t really have much time to do much at work, but if I can pull off another 25 minute deal, maybe the same routine as the morning will work?

Evening: Never had a problem eating relatively healthy dinners. Usually it’s some type of meat with veggies (fish included), or some spaghetti. My appetite isn’t huge. It’s the company lunches and skipping of the breakfast (and of course, my lack of exercise) that I blame for the weight gain. At any rate, after dinner, 1 hour (or 2 if it’s swimming, because I love swimming) of either swimming / walking / or martial art.

If I’m in the mood for a snack at night, maybe a yogurt. Not only is it healthy, but it helps the hell out of my heartburn. Any insight on this plan would be greatly appreciated. Let me know! :)

sounds like a good plan and you’ve got some healthy meal ideas. i have to say the amount of exercise you plan might be a little excessive…especially if you don’t work out now. To start you may want to do 20 minutes a day – then eventually 30…etc. But I wouldn’t kill yourself to excerise 3 times a day. As it is you will see improvements since your body is not used to working out. Good luck!

My friends amazing weight loss (80lbs in 4 months) is her plan viable?

My friend recently lost a lot of weight like about 80lbs in like 16 weeks losing about 5lbs a week. She is 31 and 5 foot 5 inches tall and started at 220lbs and went down to 140lbs she hope to lose another 5lbs and then just focus on maintenance and toning. I have seen her in her under ware and apart from a couple of tiny stretch marks on her tummy she looks great no loose skin etc.
When I asked her how she did it she sent me this (Cut and paste from her email to me):
My weight loss plan was real simple. I’m a vegetarian but before I ate a lot of ready meals and was always hungry so snacked on sweets and pastries, cheese and fizzy drinks to keep going etc. I changed my diet so that I ate all home cooked food, all fresh veggies, fruit, home baked wholemeal bead, brown rice, lentils, yogurt etc I had lot’s of salads and indian dahls etc and supplemented my diet with a good quality multivitamin and the odd protein shake to help with muscle repair. I drank lot’s of water and green tea. My total calories averaged about 1800 a day. I had trouble eating it all sometimes as it seemed so much!
As for working out I did about an hour to an hour and a half of cardio everyday 6 days a week (which is a lot considering I was total couch potato before, but I love it now) mixing it up to keep my body guessing so one day I’d do interval training and the next day I’d do a long moderate intensity walk on the treadmill at an incline. When I got fitter I did spinning classes, which were tough but made a big diffrence. I also did resistance training with free weights three times a week about 30 minutes each time. I made sure I got lot’s of sleep and had a rest day every week. I tend to put on muscle quickly so I think that really helped me to drop the weight fast so resistance training is not optional.
I used the Sauna at the gym a couple of times a weel as well, which I think helped and had a course of 3 full body wraps to help inch loss and skin tighening as well as using body brushing and self massage with oils every day to keep my skin nice.
Simple but tough, consistancy was the key!

Now I need to lose weight as well but it just seems unrealistic to me that she lost 80lbs in four months doing just the above and she has no lose sagging skin, even her boobs look nice. What do you think is this really possible? Do you think she is lying or was she just very lucky to have lost so much weight so quick?

It’s possible. When you are that heavy – the weight tends to drop off quite quickly at the beginning.

You can do it if you really put the effort in. The exercise is the most important. If you just diet then you probably will get stretchmarks and sagging skin. You need to try and keep everything tight.
