Maybe I’m asking for too much, but I get thrown off by heavy website interfaces.
Does anyone know of a simple, clean website that can help me track my weight loss and calories burned without the excessive diet plans and exercising strategies? I already know what exercises I will do and how to eat well. I just want to lose 20 pounds. All I want is something like a sophisticated online notebook that i can access at home and work and still stay on track with my goals.
Any suggestions?
yeah its called fitday.com not only does it let you track your weightloss and body measurements if you want you can type in what you ate for the day if you choose to and it will tell you how many calories you ate. It’s free and great at least check out the site.
