I am 23 years old, weigh 250 pounds, 5′6" and carry the weight pretty well. I wear a size 18-20. It is evenly distributed on my body, however, I would like to lose weight all over my body and be a size 12 or 150lbs, whichever comes first. Now I work full time and Go to college full time and have a 15 month old child. So in this case I need a weight loss plan that is realistic and something I can continue so I don’t gain all the weight back. I started a weight loss plan about 3 weeks ago and that was walking 30 min 4 or 5 days a week (when I had time) and cutting back calories to 1700 per day. Also I eat 90 grams of protein daily. So far nothing is working!! I’ve lost 10 pounds but all in water weight. I need to lose FAT. What is your advice???
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
