Will eating fruit after 7 break my healthy weight loss plan?

I am trying to lose weight and eating small portion. after working out today I ate an apple and an orange at 7:33 pm exactly!!

I felt so guilty eating it :( cause I know it has sugar.

Now, does it ruin one’s weight loss plan?

Sorry but you need to get a life – Ok apples and oranges have sugar but they also contain lots of other healthy things your body needs.

Having them after 7.30 is really not going to matter one bit.
It is a good idea if you are on a weight loss program to close the kitchen at 7.30 but please, it is the guilt that is going to do you more damage than the fruit.

Eating after 7.30 rule is out there for those people who go into the kitchen after dinner and pig out on all kinds of unhealthy things.

Just stick to healthy unprocessed food with lots of veggies. lean protein, some healthy fat, drink water, have 2 – 3 pieces of fruit a day and a plate or 4 of porridge in your week and you will be fine.

Cut out the diet food including dressings and sodas, cakes, cookies and food with more chemicals than food and enjoy what you are eating. Don’t get stuck in the diet mentality – just eat plenty of the good stuff.
And on a Sunday – give yourself a break and have a treat.

Can you recommend a healthy eating plan for weight loss?

So I’m ready. I have the treadmill, the running shoes and the mp3 filled with good beats….the only thing missing is a healthy eating plan. I called a nutritionist and she charges $95 per visit! What kind of non sense is that! just so she can tell me to switch my potato chips for carrots sticks!

I’m looking for a eating plan that would break down meals and snacks, list calories etc.

If you know a book like this it would be great. Thanks!

I cant remember the name but oprah was talking about a guy who just released a book about nutrition. check that out.

Another thing that it really worked for me (lost 10kgs in 2 months) only eat when ur hungry and avoid anything you wouldnt give to a baby (sodas, chips, fried food, etc) it worked for me…couldnt believe the scale.

And one more thing…everytime you crave something fattening, imagine that a greasy dirty person prepared that. Good luck!
