This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement. 

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.

Every spring they even have a free 3-month exercise, nutrition, and weightloss program you can sign up for. I&#039;m sorry to say it&#039;s over now but after this program (called the SELF Challenge), they have at least 3 other interactive workout programs to try. Last year I remember they had one for people just starting out up to people who wanted to train for a race! So here&#039;s their link. Just be patient. According to their site, the interactive workout programs should be available sometime later this month.
